Now surely they themselves are the mischief makers, but they do not perceive.

What! now! and indeed you disobeyed before and you were of the mischief-makers.

Then they turned to themselves and said: Surely you yourselves are the unjust; / Then they were made to hang down their heads: Certainly you know that they do not speak.

And We are not unjust to them, but they themselves were unjust.

Surely you do not make the dead to hear, and you do not make the deaf to hear the call when they go back retreating.

Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor has He become displeased, / And surely what comes after is better for you than that which has gone before.
