I have decided to set the tone of this hearing, and this is a closed hearing. Even if the board and Ms. Cherry waive their right to a closed hearing, it's still the hearing officer's decision.

It looks like we may be on schedule, possibly for an Act 34 hearing sometime around December 12, if everything goes well,

I don't want people to make a hasty decision about Jeff's future without at least hearing from the people who were involved first-hand.

We're thrilled with it. We felt that the circumstances of the cases warranted the minimum possible sanction under the rules and we're glad that USADA agreed.
