We want to be able to talk about their business, rather than say 'here's what we do' and try to fit out product into their needs.

A first impression is a lasting impression. When we're out talking to a prospect about their business, it helps us to know what exactly it is that they do and how that affects their industry.

In show business, you had levels. I was at the top of the TV end of it.

One manufacturer isn't the same as another. Someone who manufactures medical supplies may be different than a general manufacturer.

Before it was mostly about our individuals and how well we knew our customers. There were some Internet searches on industries, but it wasn't one-stop shopping. It was every man for himself. And what we did have was mostly credit-related, as opposed to a variety of different areas in an industry that goes beyond financial issues.
