We're moving toward being a billion-dollar company, and we needed to formalize our development like other large companies do and not rely on the on-the-job training I had. These are things that are critical to running our business but aren't things you naturally learn in law school.

We've really never been a perk company.

We got a great result for creditors and the company. We were also able to hang onto some other assets at the company that the bidders were prepared to let us hang on to.

This was my dream. It was so cool to me to work here - to create my own company.
