We're very small and lean in weight, but very athletic. I made a real change in my philosophy of offensive line play. We are working very hard at keeping our offensive linemen light and lean.

There are many ways to lose weight but not many ways to keep it off,

A celebrity's opinion should not be given any more weight than anyone else's, unless there is some special expertise the celebrity brings to a subject. That expertise should involve real life, as opposed to having once portrayed a doctor or a mayor or a scientist in a movie or on a television show.

It is ironic that we focus on weight loss, when the real challenge is weight maintenance.

These sectors are not pulling their weight. Is the change permanent? I can't say.

We do know that if you change your diet without losing weight, that can be helpful. But losing weight has a bigger impact, and generally produces better outcomes than just the diet alone.
