We've participated in about 65 community meetings over the last 15 months or so. We've done that for a number of reasons. One is, it's very clear to us that there was a lot of misinformation around about what this proposal was and what it wasn't.

We've been doing the bulk of the work because, frankly, South Jersey is our community.

We'll go to the community engagement meetings. We're going to keep on fighting. We cannot let this go.

We need the space badly for public meetings and community gatherings.

I am going to ask for more meetings with the Finance Committee, with the School Committee. I want more community problem-solving. I want to identify the iceberg before it hits.

The decision is not driven by processes or meetings. The decision will be driven by the situation in eastern Zaire, ... It has been moving in positive directions. But we can't be certain that it will continue to do so, so we will on a daily basis keep looking at it.
